Word squares (4): 11 questions

The ten questions below each have five letter answers. The ten five letter answers can be resolved into two acrostic word squares (an example of an acrostic word square is given below). The answers which fit into each of the two word squares are mixed up at random. In one case the definite article should be removed from the answer before insertion into the word square.
